Hello,

we are using TPS65931211RWERQ1 , we have below queries for part.

  1. Do we have pre-programmed PMIC part available to replace TPS65931211RWERQ1 which can be compatible also ?
  2. If not What is process to program PMIC TPS65931211RWERQ1
  3. Can we get factory pre programmed part of TPS65931211RWERQ1 from TI

    TPS65931211RWERQ1 is listed and orderable on the ti.com website: https://www.ti.com/product/TPS6593-Q1. You will have to log in with your myTI account then select "add to cart".

    Hello Katie,

    Yes, I can order part from TI ,but I believe this PMIC are not pre=programmed, I am looking for factory pre-programmed PMIC part with PMIC power up sequence.

    Hello Sanket,

    All parts we sell are already pre-programmed. Under no circumstances will you ever receive a part with no programming on it.
    The TPS6593-Q1, the TPS6593 is the generic portion of the part number.

    TPS6593XXXXRWERQ1, the XXXX denotes a specific programming placed onto the device, as you see on the product page all devices have the TPS6593XXXXRWERQ1 naming scheme.

    Are you not able to turn on your device, if so please open another E2E ticket so we can address your concerns there rather than here as this question is for acquiring PMICs not troubling shooting, thank you.
