TPS54538: WEBENCH SIMULATE / Frequency

Dear Team,

My customer is simulating the TPS54538 by WEBENCH.
Conditions:
 - VIN: 17V to 28V
 - Vout: 3.3V, 5.0V
 - Iout: 3A to 4A

In case of Vout=5.0V & Iout=4A, switching frequency can be set as 2.2MHz with L=1.5uH.
However, in case of Vout=3.3V & Iout=4A, switching frequency can not be set as 2.2MHz, can be set up to 1.72MHz with L=1.5uH.

What does the upper limit of this switching frequency depend on?

    Apart from setting Fsw by RT pin configuration, the switching frequency is also limited by the following:

    1. Minimum on time of the integrated power switch

    2. Input voltage

    3. Output voltage

    4. Frequency shift limitation
