Dear Expert,
A customer is using BQ40Z50-R2 and upgraded the firmware to R3 for a 2S1P battery project. Customer has found a situation the gauge will trigger unexpected SUV PF in the operation. The SUV setting was 2.0V, but they traced back the log and didn't find the battery has reached that condition. The record was showing lowest voltage at 2.777V & 2.542V. Multimeter reading were 2.619V and 2.525V. By right it should not trigger PF. Could you help to check why would it happen? See below screen snapshots and attached exported files. Thanks a lot!
