TPS65400: DELPHI Thermal models for Ansys IcePak or Siemens Flotherm

Hi there, 

We are currently utilizing the TPS65400 and TPS6508640RSKR power management ICs in our custom board design. To facilitate comprehensive thermal analysis using Ansys Icepak and Siemens Flotherm, we are seeking DELPHI compact thermal models for these components.

Could you please advise on the availability of such models? If DELPHI models are not available, we would appreciate guidance on any alternative thermal modeling resources or methodologies you recommend for accurately simulating these devices' thermal performance.

    Hi Kushal, 

    All we do is provide Thermal Information with App Note to refer with. Customers use these metrics for thermal simulation and modelling.
