Tool/software:
Hi team,
Is it OK to pull up FAULT and DELAY pin when no power supply/input on IN and DIAG_EN? Any concern on the reverse current flowing through protection diode?

Hi Ohashi,
There should not be a concern here as long as the voltage on fault/delay is not exceeding the recommended/absolute ratings in the datasheet.
So, FAULT/DELAY = high and IN/DIAG_EN = low. Is VS high or low? Which protection diode are you referring to?
Reverse current is a concern when there is a higher voltage potential on the output than on VS or during a reverse polarity condition.
