LMR51450: only 0.7 V at the output

Part Number: LMR51450

Tool/software:

Hi TI Team,
I'm having the problem that all attempts to get the LMR51450SDRRR to work have failed so far.

I've tried the following variations:
- R_FBT and R_FBB configured for 6V and 10V outputs
- RT to GND (1MHz) and RT with 30kOhm (500kHz)
- With R_FF (datasheet) and without R_FF (Webench)
- Routed two different layouts
- tested Input voltage from 13V to 30V

The circuit behavior is always the same.
- Only about 0.7V reaches the output.
- The circuit consumes about 0.6W of power without load.
- The LMR51450 gets hot to about 55°C.
- When I measure SW with the oscilloscope, I see a frequency of 2.2MHz.
- The PG gives me a GND signal.

Could you please take a look at my circuit to see where the error is? I'm stuck.
