Hi,
I'm testing with the EV2400 and BQ27Z561-EVM, but once the device gets sealed, I'm unable to modify any values. Could you please let me know how to unseal it?

Hello Jinmyeong,
You can use the "UNSEAL_FULL_ACCESS" button in the lower right hand corner to unseal the gauge and you can also reference this e2e below as well.
Thank you,

Hello Alan!!
Thanks for your support!!
When I press the Reset button in the Command window, it switches back to SEAL mode. Is this expected behavior? Also, sometimes pressing the UNSEAL or UNSEAL_FULL_ACCESS buttons in the Command window successfully unlocks the device, but other times it doesn’t. Is there a specific procedure required to unlock it?
When I press the Reset button in the Command window, it switches back to SEAL mode.
-Resting the system revert the battery gauge back to it last known state so it can be typical to see it go back to seal mode
but other times it doesn’t.
-It could be the communication bus becomes to busy thus you can prevent this by having the system not "Scan" or "Auto refresh is ON - click to Turn OFF"
Thank you,
Alan
