TPS61196: PWM Current draw

Hi,
I've shorted all PWM input pins from 1-6, and connected to a single driving pin to the STM32.
I realized that when increasing the duty cycle to 100% the TPS61196 or the STM32 itself stopped working. ( need to check),

My question is, what is the current that each PWM pin is consuming at max duty cycle?

Hi,

There is internal pull down resistor on PWMx pin and you can calculate the current accordingly.

Can I adjust the PWM from 0 to 100% or the 90 is the maximum PWM duty cycle?

PWM duty cycle can be 100%.

May I ask you for the PWM signal for dimming the LEDs, is the recommended minimum ON time = 10uS mandatory, or I can have minimum pulse time of about 240nS. Would that destroy the LED Driver?

That would not destroy the IC but as the time is too short to detect, the light will show as off.
