Hi, According to the Packaging information the order MPN are .Z, but on the webpage the .B is named. Could you please let me know if there is an error, or the difference between B and Z?

Thank you for your interest in our MOSFETs.

The .B is a recent addition for TI and correct for this device, I could not find .Z, did you mean .A?

As a quick update, I did a check into the Z suffix and this is no longer used, so the correct suffix is B

Do you have the PCN for this change? suppose I take the Z suffix as obsolete and the B suffix as active...

There is no PCN.

These suffixes are offered as alternate part numbers (APNs) within our existing portfolio, to mitigate future potential tariff impact.

You can still order CSD18536KTT.

As this is simply an alternate part number no PCN is required.
