TPS653860-Q1: the difference between O386003QDCARQ1 and O386050EDCARQ1

I found there are two variants of TPS653860-Q1, and datasheet shows the NVM configuration is different.

May I know the details? How can we select the correct part number?

    Hi Ethan,

    As this is an NDA part I can't post too much information on the public forum. Please post in the private forum or email me directly for the detailed configuration. What I can say on this forum is that O386003QDCARQ1 is configured for the am263x series of TI MCU's and that the O386050EDCARQ1 is grade 0 meaning it is rated to operate at higher temperatures.
