In the technical reference manual for the TPS65219 (https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/SLVUCN8), there was mention of a document containing more detailed FIT calculation and failure mode distribution. I cannot find the links for these documents, only what is in the MTBF/FIT Estimator (https://www.ti.com/quality/docs/estimator.tsp?opn=TPS6521920WRHBRQ1&cpn=&partNumber=TPS6521920#resultstable).
Can you please provide these documents?
