I'd like to know if it's possible to use channel 1 for PoE+ Port 1 (802.3at : 2pair 30W) and use channel 2 & 3 for HiPoE Port 2 (802.3bt 4pair 60W)
If yes, could you please tell me how to initialize the registers.

Thanks for your patience.
Since the channels are bundled in 4-pairs police. It is recommended to use Channel 1 for the 802.3at : 2pair 30W port. And Channel 3&4 for the 802.3bt 4pair 60W port.
The register will be initialized when power is off -> on. Or you can load the SRAM manually to initialize it.
