Hello, I need more information regarding the CSD19536KCS MOSFET, as I need to perform the thermal model in Plecs, but the information provided in the datasheet is not useful.

The attached images show the information I need (example images of a GaN).

I need information on Turn On Loss, Turn Off Loss, Cond Loss (Gate On), Cond Loss (Gate Off), and Thermal Chain.

Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. I do not see any images attached to this thread. Unfortunately, we do not have the information you are requesting. There are many tools available for estimating MOSFET losses in various applications. You can find links to these tools in the app note at the link below. TI does not provide PLECS models.
