Tool/software:
According to the UCC256404's technical specifications, pin 1 is the HV input, and after feeding the PFC out line to this input with its resistors, a 13V LDO output should appear on RVCC pin 12.
In my case, there is an input on pin 1, but no output voltage on pin 12. What conditions must I have for pin 12 to have 13V?
