UCC28740: Can't boot the UCC28740DR When vin is 90v

Tool/software:

HI SIR

We use the UCC28740DR to do the Power (90~480VAC)

sometime the 90v Is ok to boost the IC, Sometime 92v can boot the IC

i think maybe is the ic power ? 

did you have any advise?
