In one of our project we are using LM5143 as dual phase 5V @ 17A and we are observing the low side gate switching as shown below

Can you tell us what is the problem?

Looks like it's unstable. Go ahead and check stability using the quickstart calculator. Set the crossover at <= 10% of Fsw and ensure that ceramic Cout is derated for voltage, as this will affect compensation.
