BQ25798: INT Pin Behavior when Charging

Part Number: BQ25798

Tool/software:

Hello,

I'm using the BQ25798 in my project with:
IINDPM set to 3A (register)
EXTILIM set to 3A (via ILIM_HIZ pin)
Adapter used can supply higher current (e.g., 5A) — no actual limit on the power source.
When charging, the device triggers an interrupt and reports "In IINDPM Regulation". Will this interrupt keep occurring repeatedly while in IINDPM regulation? Is there a way to suppress or prevent this interrupt if it’s expected behavior?

Best regards,

Egemen
