Hi,

We would like to understand whether any internal pull-up or pull-down available for following pins:

HIDRV1 HIDRV2 LODRV1 LODRV2 BATDRV ACDRV.

Because during reset or fault condition with the IC, we are expecting fail safe configuration at these pins.

Hello Saravana,

We don't have any internal pull-ups or pull-downs for HIDRV1, HIDRV2, LODRV1, or LODRV2 pins that are available to the registers. What application do you need these pull-ups or pull-downs for?

BATDRV can be disabled by setting the bit FORCE_BATFET_OFF=1.

ACDRV can be disabled by setting the bit EN_HIZ=1. EN_HIZ=1 will also disable the converter and stop charging.

Hi Ethan,

As I mentioned already, we are looking for defined configuration at these pins for safety reasons. A pull-down resistor ensures that the gate voltage is zero or close to zero when the driving signal is inactive or faulty, effectively keeping the MOSFET off.
