I need assistance in selecting a suitable MOSFET for an application where the current ranges from a light load of 70mA to a maximum current of 10A. One example of a MOSFET I am considering is the BUK7Y3R1-80M.
Could you please provide information on the suitability of this MOSFET for my application and possibly recommend alternatives?
