The combination of iL_pri and iL_sec is feasible till the net peak current through the inductor is within the HS current limit of the device. This depend on transformer ratio, frequency and combination of load currents/
We have Excel tool LM5160DNTFBK-CALC Calculation tool | TI.com. You can fill the excel tool for the desired circuit conditions and get back to us.
It is useful to determine whether the chose combination of IL_pri and IL secondary is feasible or not [ i.e. whether it hits the net peak current is higher than the HS current limit ]
If it is not feasible, you need to choose another set of IL_pri and IL_secon or tune the transformer ratio accordingly. You can do it by filling the excel tool.
