Hi.
While designing a buck-boost circuit for 12V, 5A output from 10V-20V input using the WEBENCH, it keeps suggesting two different diodes for the bootstrap diodes:
XBS053V15R-G for Boot1
CDBK0520L-HF for Boot2
Both of the suggested diodes are not available. Therefore, I am looking for alternative.
The datasheet doesn't say much about the requirements for the diodes. In the other thread, you said the average current should be more than 0.25A.
Could you please if I can use PMEG3005EB,115 for both of the diodes?
