LM2576: The warehouse cannot accept incoming materials without vacuuming

LM2576SX - 5.0 / NOPB; The label of the 3A switching power supply chip indicates that the storage requirement is humidity sensitivity level 3, but the actual delivery was not vacuumed and thus cannot be received. Please explain why?

We have encountered a similar situation before, saying that inert gas was filled inside for protection. Please help confirm the current situation. Thank you!

Hello,

Are you saying that the devices were in a moisture barrier bag, but lost their vacuum seal and now air has gotten in?

Could you add in any pictures of the bag? Also a photo of the label would be good.
