Hi Arif,
There is no app note for soldering this part. I found another e2e post with some information regarding this https://e2e.ti.com/support/archive/internal/int-hirel/f/int--high-reliability-read-only-forum/393456/tps62000-ht---do-we-have-a-footprint-available-for-this-device/1667428?tisearch=e2e-sitesearch&keymatch=TPS62000-HT#1667428
This is a pretty old product and our newer extended temp family TPS6281xM ( https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps62813m.pdf ) might be a better option.
Best regards,
Varun
Hi Arif,
Here is the comment from the other thread: "This device is sold unformed for Mil Std 1835 compliance. As such it has no standard footprint, but there are several lead form vendors such as Fancort or Corfin who can work with the customer to determine a footprint to fit their needs."
There was also a PDF with the footprint.
Best regards,
Varun
