BQ24170: 3s can't work

my customer using bq24170 with below schematic diagram

when cell pin connect to 3.3v to high.

Add 3s cells can't charging, but STAT show charging with no 3s LI-CELL.

Hi Leo,

I see no obvious issue on the schematic. Can your customer provide an oscope plot of input voltage, battery voltage, STAT when the issue occurs?
