    Hi Kartihk,

    The min and max values in the electrical characteristics table are chip specifications, guarantees we make within recommended operating conditions. Therefore, I am unable to provide min and max values that aren't in the datasheet because that would require redefining the product. Since there's no minimum where a low voltage stops being off without violating abs max we didn't specify a min. Likewise, since there's no point where an ON voltage is too large to be ON without violating abs max we did not specify one. 

    On a practical level, defaulting to the abs. max limits (min -0.3V and max 12V) may give you a number conceptually similar to what you're looking for.
