TPS61169: LCD TFT BACKLIT Driver

Tool/software:

I am looking at using a 

TPS61169 or TPS92360 to drive a TFT LCD LED Backlit display.  The display requires 80mA @ 18 volts.  I have a 3.3 or 5 volt supply to power the driver.  I also need to be able to control dimming with PWM.

Are these a good choice or is there a better one?
