I'm using TPS48110-Q1 for new  electronic board.

This electrronic board  must support the UL certification according to UL 60730.

For p/n TPS48110-Q1 , UL asks:

• Pin  FMEA Analysis for Pin Short-Circuit to GND
• Pin FMEA Analysis for Pin Short-Circuit to Vsupply
• Pin FMEA Analysis for Pin Short Circuit to an Adjacent Pin

Do you have documents available for this type of analysis for TPS48110-Q1?
