Tool/software:

Cvcc is specified as 1uF value in the typical application, but the characteristics of MLCC are not specified. Please check if there is any problem using it as the characteristics of X7S.

    Hi Minkyu,

    There is significant derating in this part (DC Bias Derating of 44.1% + 22% temperature derating). To ensure higher reliability and stability - you can consider upgrading to a 1uF/X7R (better temp stability than X7S)/ 16V rated device (lesser DC Bias Derating).
