TPS23881: TOVLD is occured, but Pcut is notoccured. Why

Based on the picture, below could be the potential causes 

1. The tolvd fault does not happened in this power on cycle. It could be a fault in pervious test and you can erase this fault by clicking the brush

2. The tovld fault happened in this power on cycle, but 4P PCUT is disabled (4PPCTxx = 0 in 0x2D)

3. The tovld fault happened in this power on cycle. Single channel (2-pairs) may exceed Pcut but Summed 2-channels (4-pairs) may not.
