CHG pin (pin10) on TPS65561 chip, switch on and off during charging,10ms switch once. Is there a limit on the number of life cycles?

Do you mean to toggle CHG pin with 10ms ON and 10ms Off no matter XFULL is low?

Toggle CHG pin with 10ms ON and 10ms Off when XFULL is high.
