Hello,

It appears that the solder paste and land pattern shown in the datasheet and on the evaluation board are misaligned.

Also, in the footrprint generated by Ultra Librarian land pattern and solder paste is the same (no reduction).

Can you please provide cad files (dxf or dwg) for QFN-FCMOD package (document RDX0007A) to design the correct footprint?

We have a project on hold until we have the correct footprint. Can you please confirm if the package documentation is correct? If yes we can design our own footprint based on that documentation
