Hi Leo,
There are two power FETs for each channel - the large FET and the small FET.
The small FET refers to the manual LPM FET, which is a separate higher-Ron FET in the device specifically for manual LPM. On the block diagram, the main FET is in the place of both the large and small FETs.
The large FET is the FET that is active when the channel is in Active mode, and it can carry the full range of device currents.
