In the product folder in technical documentation , I found the document:

"Functional Safety FIT Rate, Failure Mode Distribution LM74700-Q1"

but I can't find the document of Pin FMEA for:

Hi Davide,

Can you work with the LM74500-Q1 PIN FMA.

Most of the pins are same and pin FMA will be the same.
