BQ25792: Accuracy of VOTG_ACC and ambient temperature

Part Number: BQ25792

Tool/software:

Dear Sirs and Madams,

We are currently evaluating BQ25792.

In the datasheet, when the ambient temperature (TJ) is 25℃, VOTG_ACC is specified as +3% and -3.5%.

Do you have any characteristics for this VOTG_ACC when the ambient temperature (Tj) changes?

We would like to know the accuracy of VOTG_ACC at -20℃, 0℃, and 50℃.

Regards,

Masashi

  • Hi Masashi,

The -3.5%/3% are over -40C to 125C range.  I do not have -20 or 50C data.  From 0 to 85C, the accuracy improves to -2% to 2.5%.  As per the datasheet curve below, the accuracy shifts more negative as the VOTG setting lowers.

    Regards,

    Jeff

  • Hello Jeff,

I understood that it is +3% to -3.5% over all temperatures and +2% to -2.5% from 0°C to 85°C.

I also understood that the accuracy changes depending on the VOTG voltage.

    Regards,

    Masashi
