In my project, we require a SMPS with an input voltage range of 120V to 200V DC and an output voltage range of 30V to 50V DC. The application demands an open-loop configuration, meaning the output voltage is allowed to vary proportionally with the input voltage. I would like to confirm whether the UC1842/2842/3842 PWM controller ICs can be used in such an open-loop setup. Is any alternative part number better suited for this requirement.
