LMG3410R050: IMS PCB Stackup of TIDA030

I was reading the TIDA030 today and wondered which PCB manufacturer provided the IMS PCB shown in the document.

All manufacturers I am aware of use an FR4 core between the copper layers; however, the document shows and describes a stack-up with a thermally conductive dielectric in the IMS PCB.

Could you provide the manufacturer who created such a design?

    Hi Fabian,

    I reached out to the person who wrote the application report and found out that this was done using a PCB manufacturer in Dallas called Krypton Solutions, LLC.
