I have a question on the uSIP package for part number LMZ10500SILT. On the drawing, it shows the substrate is 0.45 to 0.37 mm height. (Page 28). We would like to know how thick the very bottom piece of the component is that lifts the substrate away from the pcb surface.

I checked again for more detailed drawings but I did not find this information.
Maybe it would be possible to extract this detail with a CAD program (which I don't have).
The CAD 3D model is available for download in several formats from the product web-page in the "CAD symbols, footprints & 3D models" section under the "Ultra Librarian" link.
