UCC25660: UCC25660 Spice model

Hi,

Is there are public Spice model for the UCC25660 or UCC2566x series? 

I noticed there is only an excel . 

Or is there another IC with similar parameters that i could use instead?

    Hi Ning,

    I just wanted to simulate and see If it would be needed to have any form of gate drive enhancement.

    I am not sure if adding a pnp + diode or diode turn off circuitry would be needed. that is why i was

    considering doing some simulations and looking at gate drive waveforms.

    I read quite a few posts where someone was recommending adding a stronger gate discharge path , through a diode+ resistor.

    And that got me thinking a bit.

    HI Robert,

    The LLC topology is a resonant topology (i.e. it is zero-voltage switched) which does not really require a strong gate drive. The best practice is to follow the EVM recommendations or depending on your power requirements we have several reference designs available with more on the way.
