Regarding the second issue, within the .gg file your Sleep: Current Time parameter is set to 20s. This means that if the device is in Sleep mode, it will wake up to measure the current every 20s, and if a charge current is applied before the device wakes up to take the current measurement, it will not exit sleep mode and enter charge mode until the current measurement has occurred.

In this case, can you please try reducing this parameter to see if it has a direct effect on what is being seen?

     The Wake comparator is configured with 00, which means the wake-up current is 0.625mV/0.002R=312.5mA. It uses 2A charging, so it should be able to wake up and not still in Sleep mode  

      I think it's the automatic current calibration that works. There are similar issues on E2E as well. Please refer to the link：e2e.ti.com/.../bq40z50-cc-auto-offset-cc-auto-calibration

      I want to turn off the automatic current calibration function. Will there be any other effects, such as current accuracy or manual current calibration function

Is it possible to read out the CC Auto Offset before the device enters sleep, and after while it is still enabled at this time? I believe the CC Auto Offset is a different structure than the standard CC Offset.

     I will take over this case from now on.  The auto_cal_en function can be disable or not?  If this function was disable, this case will be fixed. 

     And also, we found another case now.  The software upload and test was be finished by BMS test equipment, such as TD100 of TD tech , on the second day we will read out all register again, we found the bit of auto_config has been set  and the current accuracy will be affected.  

   Btw, the fail rate is about 10%.

   Please help us confirm this changed. Thanks.

The AUTO_CAL_EN function can be disabled, however please ensure the device has been calibrated correctly before sending out.

      Thanks for your feedback. Share the test process with you, please confirm again. 

      SMT---Software upload, test and calibration---relax more than 10 hours---- read register ( wrong was found)--if not  it will be send out.
