In Our design we are going to use TPS552892QWRYQRQ1 IC for Buck-Boost application ,So can you please review it .
Vin : 5V to 36V
Vout : 5V
Iout : 3A
I Would Like to know about power dissipation from the IC .

Please find the updated design file with comments :
1.Recommend to change R151 to 150kohm in case there is voltage drop in Vin net with 5V VIN.
-->Updated part to 150K.
2.Change C145 to 10nF.
-->Why we need to change it to 10nf ,any particular reason ?
Added as per the feedback.
3.Recommend to reserve RC snubber in SW1 and SW2. 330pF+2.2ohm(1206).
-->Updated cap value to 2200pf same as EVK.Added 2.2Ohm(1206)
4.Recommend to use 0402 0.1uF in Vin and Vout pin.
-->Update Cap package for 0.1uf to 0402 from 0603.
5.Recommended compensation parameters: 5k+10nF//100pF.
-->Added 5.1k+10nF//100pF.
Can you please confirm on the Switching freq Value ,Pin 6 FSW & Cap values of Vin and Vout.??
Does it require any input EMI Filter ?

Hi Mulin,
Regarding the EMI Filter, we have taken the reference from the LM61460AASQRJRRQ1 part.
Also just to highlight we are not going to use the Current sense functionality ,accordingly to which we have designed.

Hi Tirthal,
The EMI filter looks ok for me.
1. PG and CC pins are open-drain connection, so they should connect with VCC rather than EXTVCC through pull-up resistors.
2. Recommend to solder the EN pull-down resistor.
3. Recommend to connect MODE with VCC to select FPWM mode to keep constant switching frequency at all loads. Or reserve the below resistor for mode selection.
4. Follow the layout guideline.

For the EN pin we provision for pull down which is mounted on other part of design.
