I was wondering what the Suffix highlighted in bold meant for the following serial numbers :
- REF3133AQDBZRQ1 REF31-Q1 | Buy TI Parts | TI.com
- REF3133AIDBZR REF3133 | Buy TI Parts | TI.com
I've obtained the following information from your website/ component datasheet:
- DBZ is the package type
- T/R: Tape/Reel
- Q1: AEC-Q100 Qualified.
But I am unable to find any information on the AQ/AI suffix in the part numbers, is this suffix used to identify a difference between the devices and if so what is the difference between the two?
