do you suggest to us to replace this part from our mass production if our junction is a bit higher?

we have two of these on our board, we afraid we a bit higher, we used this part before the datasheet update.

Are you able to share the layout and max ambient temperature for this application? Additionally, are there any thermal measurements? maybe with thermal camera to show the overall hot areas of the board in the application.

these are the results @ 1 min. operation , 1.5Watt Power Dissipation 

what do you think can it withstand with such scenario?

Can you please review our specific schematic implementation and conclude if our assumption during simulation of 85% efficiency is true or maybe it could be better in our specific case
