50µs is the time for reverse mode to start operating. The time for the system voltage to rise up to VSYS_REV will depend on a wide variety of factors.
How can I confirm the conversion time of 50us?
I'm not sure what you mean by this question. I measured the response time of 50µs by measuring the time between the charger switch nodes turning-off from VAC falling to ACUV and the switch-nodes switching again when reverse mode was activated.
