UC1705-SP: SPICE model and radiation data

Is there a SPICE model available for UC1705-SP and a SEE report? Can I use the UC1707-SP model/data as an equivalent substitute?

    Hi Troy,

    There is no SPICE model or SEE report available for the UC1705-SP.

    The UC1705-SP and UC1707-SP are similar enough devices that the SPICE model for the UC1707-SP, if only one channel is used, should be a good substitute.

    As for SEE data, once again owing to their similarities, it is extremely likely that the SEE report for the UC1707-SP would be useful for the UC1705-SP.

    Depending on your use-case, a new controller + gate driver IC like the TPS7H5020-SEP may be useful.
