I am using LP5810DDSR as a PWM generator as shown below . I want to drive an AND gate with this PWM . Out1 which is connected to a LED working as expected , but the OUT0 (PWM_SINC) which is connected to the AND gate is not working . This signal is pulled up to 3v3 using a 200 ohm resistor . What could be the issue ?

How much is the current setting for the OUT0 (PWM_SINC)?
And as you may know that when the output is turned on there is constant sink current flow into the device, then the voltage on the OUTx = 3.3V - Iset * 200 ohm. So if you want to output low, the Iset*200 ohm should be close to the 3.3V.
Besides that the LOD_ACTION should be disabled, as when the output is low the LOD (led open detection) will be triggered and the output will be turned off if the lod_action is enabled (by default).
