Hi Liam,
The lines above and below the device code are related to the date code for the device. That may not directly indicate whether the chip contains new or legacy silicon, however.
If you still have the reel or packaging for the two lots, the packaging or reel label will show (20L) CS0: RFB as the manufacturing site for devices with the new chip:
