What is the difference between between TPSI3050QDWZRQ1.A and TPSI3050QDWZRQ1.B ? It isn't mentioned in the datasheet

    Looks like A and B are related to recent US tariff regulations, table below summarizing. Source. 

    Suffix Description
    .A Alternate part numbers with a “.A” suffix use a wafer fabricated in the U.S. and can be imported into the U.S. without potential future tariff impact.
    .B Alternate part numbers with a “.B” suffix can be imported into China without potential future tariff impact.
