Hii Team,
We are Integrating OPT 3004 Light Sensor from TI with TPS 61500 LED Driver IC for Night Vision Camera, Based out the Light Intensity, Can we change the current through LED Dynamically ?

Hi Napa,
Our expert will reply to you later. Thanks for your patience.
Hi Karthik,
Yes the device supports analog and pure PWM dimming methods for LED brightness control. Connecting a capacitor to the DIMC pin configures the device to be used for analog dimming, and the LED current varies proportional to the duty cycle of an external PWM signal. Floating the DIMC pin configures the device for pure PWM dimming with the average LED current being the PWM signal's duty cycle times a set LED current.

Hii Hongjia-Wu,
Thanks for responding on this!!
Ca you provide calibrated data for duty cycle of an external PWM signal.Vs LED Current?

Karthik
Hi Karthik,
You can refer to DS Page11 to get the relationship of the PWM duty cycle and LED current.
