My customer plans to use TPS631011, but has some question about as follows.
Q1:
What is the definition of td(ramp)? Looking at Figure 7-1 in the datasheet, td(ramp) end point is unclear.
Q2:
The datasheet 7.3.1 uses the word “the minimum current clamp (IL(lim_SS))”. But what is the definition of “the minimum current clamp (IL(lim_SS))”?
Q3:
They evaluated TPS631011 samples, and measured inrush current was around 450mA at Vin=3.3V and Vout=3.0V. Does TI think this is a reasonable test results?
