LM25149: I am unsure whether AEF and DRSS are enabled.

Part Number: LM25149

Tool/software:

I designed a circuit board that allows DRSS and AEF to be switched separately, but even when I look at the output waveform, there is no change, and I am unsure whether the functions are being switched.

How should I evaluate this?

- To switch DRSS, I have made it possible to switch the resistor connected to the CNFG pin between 29.4k and 41.2k using a switch before power is turned on.
- To switch AEF, I have designed it so that a different switch can be used to toggle between pull-up and pull-down after a certain amount of time after power-on.
- Output measurements are taken at the Rs output terminal specified in the datasheet using an RF probe with a spectrum analyzer.

However, neither the DRSS switch nor the AEF switch causes any change in the output waveform.
It has been confirmed that when the switch for AEF is switched, the voltage at the CNFG pin becomes the power supply voltage or 0.8V or lower.
How should this be evaluated?
Please provide advice.
